Single-Family House

This project involved a complete reconfiguration of the existing floor plan, with the primary goal of creating a generous open-plan living with kitchen at one of the tops. Every room was carefully reimagined and tailored to the clients' lifestyle, with bespoke details designed specifically for this project.

Each space was conceived with its own identity while following a consistent design language. The public areas were kept as open and fluid as possible, while custom-built cabinetry wraps around the structural elements of the house, concealing them within a clean, minimalist composition. The result is a timeless modern interior that balances functionality, warmth, and refined simplicity.

This fully customized five-bedroom home combines comfort, functionality, and a refined architectural identity, providing and exceptional living experience. The project is currently under construction.
