Single-family housing in Vila Franca de Xira.

This project is for a new house with a modernist and contemporary appearance. The main premise was its adaptation to the terrain and its constraints and slopes. The house is divided into two floors, with flat reinforced concrete slabs, consisting of 2 complete bedrooms, a mezzanine that serves as an office and an open kitchen together with the living rooms. Another of the main premises was the opening of large windows and glazing onto the land, so that there was a great interior/exterior relationship, as visible in the winter temple with the curvature of the cobógos. Outside, it has a large lake and a pit-fire area, adapted to a set of routes that take us to all the other areas of the land, such as two areas for staying, an area with a swimming pool and barbecue and another with a small house to support the land and engine room.
