Located in a unique natural setting where the land meets the sea in Cascais, this family-owned restaurant and bar carries a rich heritage and deep connection to its place. The refurbishment project focused on enhancing both functionality and atmosphere, introducing substantial improvements in workflow efficiency, spatial organization, and material quality. The design embraces the use of simple, natural materials such as concrete, wood, and brick, which together create a warm, timeless, and inviting environment. A winter garden was incorporated at the rear, bringing light and greenery into the interior, while a new terrace was added to maximize the experience of the stunning coastal views, offering guests a stronger sense of connection to the surrounding landscape.
